Our Marine Electrical Systems business provides innovative state-of-the-art system solutions for technical demanding requirements focusing on naval ships, yachts and special vessels of all types. As a competent partner for ship owners and shipyards worldwide Marine Electrical Systems assumes overall responsibility for complex systems projects.

We are now looking for an open-minded and team-oriented

Project Engineer for Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) - (m/f/d)

to join our ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) team in Hamburg, Germany. 

The team is responsible for providing our military customers (mainly the German Navy) with high-quality and up-to-date information and deliveries covering the complete ILS scope. This starts from LCC-RAMS analysis and maintenance information and covers also the spare parts information as well as the technical documentation for the complete portfolio of the Marine Electrical Systems.


In this role your responsibility will include:

Coordination and support of international customer projects in regards of Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS) Execution of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Lifecycle Costing calculation (LCC) and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) analysis/calculation Calculation of LSA/ILS/LCC KPIs based on design documents and validation against customer requirements Determine and optimize maintenance-, repair- and overhaul tasks to reach specified ILS/LSA/LCC targets Creation, administration and update of LSA Databases Research of information from different sources (Purchasing, Production, Design etc.) and ensuring consistency between data from different sources Support of the department manager with creating offers Cooperation with and coordination of industrial partners and sub contractors Direct communication with the customers (mainly shipyards) and the military end customers on your own responsibility Securing the delivery of contractual items in regards to quality and time frame

As an ideal candidate, you should have the following:

BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or similar education app. 2-3 years of relevant experience in ILS/LSA/RAMS, preferably in the maritime industry profound experience in the field of Integrated Logistics Support Knowledge of relevant ILS Standards, especially ASD Suite of specification (S3000L / S4000P) or similar int. standards (MIL-Std etc.) Experience in working in military projects and with the military customer excellent technical German and English skills methodical didactic presentations skills Willingness to work in military business

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer kosten-, termin- und kundengerechten Abwicklung von technischen Dokumentations-, Schulungs- und sonstigen ILS-Projektanteilen (ILS = Integrierte logistische Unterstützung).

Als LSA-Ingenieur sind Sie als technischer Experte Teil des ILS-Teams in Hamburg und unterstützen uns bei der Erarbeitung der logistischen Leistungen für unsere militärischen Kunden für das gesamte WSAM-Lieferportfolio. 

Ihre Arbeit wird sich auf diese Aufgaben konzentrieren:

Koordination und Unterstützung von nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten im Bereich Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Durchführung von Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Lifecycle Costing (LCC) und RAMS-Analysen (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) Berechnung von LSA/ILS/LCC Kenngrößen auf Basis von Design Dokumenten und Prüfung gegen Kundenforderungen Ermitteln und optimieren von Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs-, Überholungsmassnahmen um festgelegte LSA/ILS/LCC Ziele zu erreichen Betreuung und Vervollständigung von LSA-Datenbanken  Recherche von Daten in verschiedenen Bereichen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, usw.) sowie Herstellung der Konsistenz zwischen Daten verschiedener Quellen Mitwirken bei der Erarbeitung von Angeboten Kooperation mit Industriepartnern und Unterauftragnehmern Eigenverantwortliche, direkte Kommunikation und Absprache mit den Kunden (Werften) und dem öAG im Rahmen der eigenen Zuständigkeit Sicherstellung einer qualitativ einwandfreien Lieferung von Vertragsgegenständen an Kunden

Sie sollten über gute Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen verfügen: 

ILS, hier insbesondere im Bereich Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)  ASD Suite of Specification und/oder adequate int. Standards (MIL-Std etc.) Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik

Mit den folgenden Eigenschaften können Sie in dieser Position glänzen: 

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium Einige Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich ILS/LSA/RAMS, vorzugsweise im maritimen Sektor Idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in militärischen Projekten Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sie wissen den Wert von Teamarbeit zu schätzen und sind sowohl in einer Einzel- als auch in einer Teamumgebung erfolgreich Bereitschaft, im militärischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
