About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Business Development Manager to lead the business development of ProxximaTM into the automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth in the automotive segment.
- Identify and select key partner accounts to collaborate with and drive business development initiatives.
- Responsible for understanding the value proposition of ProxximaTM and setting pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Accountable for P&L projections and financial performance of the segment.
- Lead a team of global business development resources to drive business growth.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with:
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive composites industry.
- Knowledge of the automotive composites ecosystem and existing network of contacts.
- Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, preferably resins.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a mix of technical and commercial expertise.
