Our Mission

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the aerospace industry. As a key member of our Future Programmes department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to enter new markets in the Space & Defense sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Participate in tender processes and proposal development
  • Develop customized solutions and products in collaboration with our engineering team
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree or equivalent education in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in business development/sales, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector
  • Solid technical understanding and experience with complex technical products and systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial initiative
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
