Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers and installers resolve technical issues related to our Enphase solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Document and follow up on received cases in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Enphase Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers to ensure seamless support.
  • Utilize and maintain our support knowledge base to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Continuously update and improve your knowledge of PV systems to provide expert support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or equivalent educational background.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level) and one additional language (C1 level) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the renewable energy sector and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
