About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collections Portfolio Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to monitor and optimize our debt collection ecosystem and strategies in various markets. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners, including insurance companies, debt collection agencies, and software providers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving dashboards to evaluate the performance of our delinquent portfolios and enable data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement debt collection strategies and processes
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize debt collection efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve debt collection processes and reduce delinquency rates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including insurance companies and debt collection agencies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt collection
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in debt collection and operations with a deep understanding of debt collection strategies, laws, and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills, able to collect, interpret, and present data to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of international debt collection practices and regulations is highly desirable
  • Fluent English and German language skills
