About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Collections Portfolio Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to monitor and optimize our collection ecosystem and strategies in various markets. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners, including insurance companies, collection agencies, and software providers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving dashboards to evaluate the performance of our delinquent portfolio and enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have experience in collections and the operational field with a deep understanding of collection strategies, laws, and processes as well as industry standards.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and can effectively interact and influence stakeholders and partners at various levels.
  • You have strong analytical skills, can collect, interpret, and present data to make informed decisions.
  • You are able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of international collection practices and regulations is highly desirable.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
