Transform the Debt Collection Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at PAIR Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of financial assets, identifying trends, and generating meaningful insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price and risk assessment, working closely with the sales and business development teams
  • Acquiring underlying assets in collaboration with external partners
  • Performance analysis, generating insights and identifying trends as the basis for operational measures to optimize returns
  • Continuous improvements in a fast growth business, including process and infrastructure enhancements
  • Closely collaborate with other teams such as Sales and Partnership, Data Science, BI and senior management

Requirements:

  • Successful completed academic education in the field of economics, business informatics, data science or similar
  • Several (5-8) years of relevant work experience in the field of data analysis, portfolio management or risk management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL or R is an advantage
  • Very good understanding of numbers and high affinity for technology
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory, German knowledge is a plus
