About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and implementation of our entrepreneurial research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the identification and realization of mutually beneficial opportunities and outcomes within our collaboration and other research collaborations.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks required for the implementation of the ERLab and other research initiatives, ensuring alignment within the organization.
  • Coordinate the integration of research results into our programs and community.
  • Organize ERLab transfer events and knowledge exchange events to foster collaboration and learning between researchers and members of our community.
  • Cultivate relationships with Viadrina University stakeholders and startups across Eastern Europe to improve the reach and integration of our programs and community offerings.
  • Build relationships with universities and research institutions to ensure research-related collaborations.
  • Coordinate with our internal teams and support our events.
  • Provide regular reports on the project and milestones achieved.
  • Facilitate collaboration and networking between researchers to foster a vibrant research community at Campus Founders.
Requirements
  • A solid professional qualification, whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, which has optimally prepared you for your new role as a project coordinator.
  • At least 1-3 years of practical work experience in the field of project coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to effectively manage challenges and maintain structured workflows.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • A hands-on mentality to navigate complex situations, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and make sound decisions based on practical knowledge and experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in German and enjoy intercultural dialogue.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships, facilitate networking, and promote cooperation between different stakeholders.
