Entrepreneurial Assistant

We are Campus Founders, a dynamic and innovative center in Heilbronn, Germany. We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Ventures team as an Entrepreneurial Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain outstanding practical experience and contribute to the growth of our startup ecosystem.

• Supporting the Ventures team operationally and proactively in all processes, from acquisition to scouting, and having a firm grip on CRM and project management processes.
• Researching and identifying aspiring startups, and contacting them directly via email and other relevant channels.
• Planning tasks independently and being jointly responsible for the success of projects.

• You have already proven your ability to take responsibility in projects, internships, or volunteer work.
• You have high demands on the quality of your tasks, making you a reliable team member.
• You are hungry for knowledge and want to put your new knowledge into practice right away, creating real added value.
• You have excellent German and English language skills, enabling you to share your creative and innovative ideas with our team.
• You have a keen interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
