Entrepreneurial Venture Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Ventures team as an Entrepreneurial Venture Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a deep insight into the rapidly growing Heilbronn startup ecosystem and contribute to the development of Campus Founders gGmbH.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Ventures team operationally and proactively in all processes, from acquisition to scouting, and having a firm grip on CRM and project management processes.
  • Conducting research to find aspiring startups and contacting them directly via email and other relevant channels.
  • Planning tasks independently and being jointly responsible for the success of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
  • Have a proven track record of taking responsibility in projects, internships, or volunteer work.
  • Be a reliable team member with high demands on the quality of your tasks.
  • Be hungry for knowledge and eager to put new skills into practice.
  • Have excellent German and English language skills to share your creative and innovative ideas with our team.
  • Have a keen interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
