About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Venture Studio team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with startups, investors, and other stakeholders, and cultivating these relationships through various meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable startups for Venture Studio investments and support the due diligence process.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and organize regular investment committee meetings.
  • Participate in events relevant to startups and investors to build and maintain relationships.
  • Work closely with Venture Managers to coach portfolio startups and support their growth.
  • Define and track milestones with startups, using collected and analyzed metrics to evaluate progress.
  • Monitor the Venture Studio budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics or a related field.
  • Practical experience in project management, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and current market trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German.
