Project Manager for High-Tech Innovation

At UnternehmerTUM, we are dedicated to building a high-tech innovation center in Europe. Our mission is to create a dynamic ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TUM Venture Labs in Heilbronn.
Your Mission- Steer and Develop Lighthouse Projects: You will be responsible for scoping, prioritizing, and implementing projects that strategically advance TUM Venture Labs in Heilbronn. This will involve working closely with stakeholders, partners, and team members to drive initiatives and achieve project goals.
- Manage Stakeholders and Partners: You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders within the TUM Venture Labs ecosystem, including partners from academia, industry, and venture capitalists. Your role will involve structuring and prioritizing their needs, contributing to content shaping, and supporting discussions with high-ranking representatives.
- Manage Reporting: You will prepare comprehensive reports for the TUM Venture Labs Leadership, Supervisory Board, and relevant partners. This will involve designing and implementing efficient reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assess Talents and Startup Teams: You will participate in assessing talents and startup teams to identify strategic projects for further development of TUM Venture Labs offerings.
- Education: You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, or natural sciences.
- Skills: You possess strong organizational skills, high social competence, and teamwork abilities. Initial professional experience in project management or as a Business Analyst is desirable but not required.
- Abilities: You have a high level of goal orientation, the ability to coordinate and lead complex projects, and experience in collaborating with stakeholders to find joint solutions.
- Personal Qualities: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a clear enthusiasm for high-tech innovation, and the ability to work self-reliantly on new topics.
- Language Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent German skills.
- Location: You are motivated and open to getting to know the emerging startup region of Heilbronn and working with a team and stakeholders on site.
- Contribution to High-Tech Innovation: You will have the opportunity to contribute to making the entrepreneurial ecosystem of TUM the high-tech innovation center of Europe.
- High Responsibility: You will have high responsibility from the start in an innovative environment, working closely with the management and influencing future strategies of the TUM Venture Labs in Heilbronn.
