Quality Assurance Specialist

STRATO Personal GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Non Conformance Manager, you will be responsible for managing quality related supplier discrepancy reports and claims. Your tasks will include managing Customer claims E2E in the scope of Spare Parts/Aftersales market, supporting the resolution of operational issues from a quality perspective, and supporting Customer facing teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner for eg. Aircraft on Ground orders. You will also participate in audits to demonstrate Satair processes in the scope of Spare Parts and Kits, and manage, train, coach, motivate the global quality expert network. To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed studies in the field of Aircraft construction, aerospace or a comparable qualification, and have more than two years of professional experience in the field of engineering, aircraft construction, quality management and quality assurance. You will also need to have good knowledge of SAP, first knowledge of zamiz, proficient knowledge of German, and fluent in English.
