About the Role

Quality Manager for Marine Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our Marine Service Team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our marine projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans according to ISO 10005/10006, including ITP support and quality assurance activities in projects.
  • Provide support to project teams on quality aspects of FAT, RFP/contract analysis, and related laws/norms/standards.
  • Supervise and review product safety tasks, EU/TR-Declaration of Conformity, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support achievement checks, Quality Gate methodology, Lessons Learned methodology, and Information Loop.
  • Plan and implement project audits as requested by the project team or customer.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in engineering studies or several years of professional experience in engineering with training in quality management.
  • Professional experience in project management of large-scale industrial plants, offshore or marine projects.
  • Strong quality management and project management skills with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Practical experience in a project-driven, technically sophisticated environment.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
