Working Student in Vendor and Contract Management

Vattenfall is a European energy company with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Business Area Markets team in Hamburg.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles and be able to effectively manage licenses and usage within our state-of-the-art license management system.
The role will involve administrative tasks such as data entry, monitoring demand requests, and supporting purchase requests and invoice handling.
We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage licenses and usage within the license management system
- Monitor demand requests and support purchase requests and invoice handling
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective contract management
Requirements
- Strong understanding of contract management principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
