Working Student in Vendor and Contract Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Vendor and Contract Management team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of licenses and usage within our business units, as well as related contracts and costs in our state-of-the-art license management system.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring demand requests, supporting purchase requests, and invoice handling. You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our license management system, including uploading applications and data permissions with external parties.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities- Administer licenses and usage within business units
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of license management system
- Monitor demand requests and support purchase requests
- Handle invoices and related tasks
- Studying Business Administration (Financial and Controlling), Information Management, or related field
- Basic understanding of Energy wholesale markets and trading
- Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly service and solution-oriented
- Analytical, precise, and flexible
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Very good Excel skills
