Business Analyst for Vendor and Contract Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Vendor and Contract Management team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing licenses and usage within our business units, as well as related contracts and costs in our state-of-the-art license management system.
Main Responsibilities:- Administer licenses and related hard/softcopy files, ensuring the license management system is up-to-date.
- Monitor and process organizational changes, uploading applications and data permissions with external parties.
- Check and assist in the fulfilment of service requests, addressing any mismatches between contracted and used licenses.
- Support local Finance and Controlling departments with invoice reconciliation and approval.
- Drive optimization of order and invoice handling processes.
- Studying Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Energy wholesale markets and trading.
- Self-starter with high service and solution orientation.
- Analytical, precise, and flexible.
- High affinity with analytics, administration, finance, legal, and contracts.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Optional: Knowledge of SAP, contract management tools, and PowerBI.
