Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Vendor and Contract Management team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of licenses and usage within our business units, as well as related contracts and costs in our state-of-the-art license management system.
Your tasks will include monitoring demand requests, supporting purchase requests, and invoice handling. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient management of our external IT and Market Data contracts, while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
Main Responsibilities- Administer licenses and usage within business units, including related contracts and costs in our license management system.
- Monitor demand requests, support purchase requests, and handle invoices.
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient contract management and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Studying Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Energy wholesale markets and trading.
- Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly service-oriented and solution-focused.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
