Working Student in Vendor and Contract Management

As a Working Student in Vendor and Contract Management, you will be part of our dynamic team in Hamburg, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and expertise. Your role will be crucial in driving the digital transformation of our operations, ensuring seamless processes, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Working Student, you will be responsible for:
- Administering licenses and usage within our business units, as well as related contracts and costs in our state-of-the-art license management system.
- Monitoring demand requests, supporting purchase requests, and handling invoices.
- Driving further optimization of our order and invoice handling processes.
You will work closely with our Finance and Controlling departments to ensure accurate invoice reconciliation and approval.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of business administration, finance, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP, contract management tools, and PowerBI would be an advantage.
- A strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
