Are you passionate about providing guidance to clients or looking to embark on a career in customer support as a newcomer?

Doctolib is seeking to enhance its team and collaborate closely with all internal departments by hiring a Customer Support Representative (x/f/m).

Your Responsibilities

  • You will assist and guide healthcare professionals over the phone regarding the use of our software and address incoming inquiries.
  • You will ensure a prompt and effective handling of email requests, thereby maintaining our clients' satisfaction.
  • After the onboarding phase, you will be the primary contact person and will train healthcare professionals on how to utilize our software effectively.
  • You will transform all our healthcare professionals into Doctolib advocates and involve them in our journey.
  • Depending on your profile and aspirations, we will support you in your personal and professional development through various projects – potentially leading to a management role if suitable.

To become part of our team, you should possess the following

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Initial experience in customer service, IT support, or technical consulting.
  • Technological affinity and familiarity with common office applications (Outlook, GSuite).
  • A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with clients.
  • Fluency in German at a native level and basic knowledge of English.
