About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at Service Line Personal Management GmbH & Co. in Munich. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing the conference room, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and prepare agendas and meeting materials.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business administration, or event management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
