Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the development of our market in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for customer engagement, marketing support, sales development, and service and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, or issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in launching our products in the French market through diverse channels, including website content, online marketing, and YouTube videos.
- Sales Development: Support the strategic build and management of a sales team in France to drive long-term growth.
- Service and Quality Control: Help establish a dedicated service team and implement robust control processes to maintain high standards in France.
- Language Skills: Native-level French and at least C1 level in German or English.
- Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with a genuine interest in customer interaction and consultation.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for driving change and implementing innovative ideas.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to newcomers with the right motivation to start strong with us and help build a new market.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work 80% of the time on-site in Königs Wusterhausen.
