We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and drive our strategic purchasing and supply chain initiatives. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
• Source and qualify new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base
• Implement and maintain a robust procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance

• Proven experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluency in German and English
