We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at BBF Projekt GmbH, a leading company in urban development and construction projects in the Berlin-Brandenburg area.

• Implement group and company financial planning and control
• Manage liquidity and cash flow planning
• Control construction costs and expenses
• Monitor and analyze project key performance indicators (KPIs), compare actual values with target values, and develop cost-saving measures
• Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and financial transactions
• Conduct special evaluations, create statistics, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions
• Act as the primary point of contact for all financial and accounting-related questions
• Collaborate closely with management, internal departments, and external service providers (banks, tax advisors, auditors)
• Potential to lead our accounting team and progress to a senior management position

• Completed degree in business administration or finance
• Fluent in German
• Relevant experience in the construction and real estate industry is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, MS-Office, DATEV, and other relevant software
• High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset
