Assistant Night Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to guests.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
