Position: Graduate Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Representative to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and exploring opportunities with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, from inquiries to customer onboarding and follow-up.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Maintain communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to generate revenue.
  • Customer Support: Provide market and platform information to customers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Identify and resolve campaign performance issues and coordinate with the team to implement next steps.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Comprehensive Internal Quarterly Business Reviews (iQBR): Unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • Create Demand for Arrow Products and Services: Work with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
  • Promote and Sell the Value Add, Supply Chain, and Full Life Cycle Programs: Offered by Arrow.
  • Establish and Build Relationships with Key Suppliers:

Requirements:

  • Legal Right to Work: In the country where the position is located.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering related studies completed within the last 2 years.
  • Business Fluent German and English: Oral and written.
  • Flexibility and Geographical Mobility:
  • Creative and Outside-the-Box Thinker: Who brings new ideas to the table.
