Join Arrow's Graduate Program for Sales and Business Development

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Account Manager to join our EMEA Graduate Program. This 12-month journey is designed for recent graduates who are eager to take on new challenges and develop their skills in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and orientation to customers based on market and platform information.
  • Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to unlock additional sales opportunities and present strategic plans to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow's business experts across EMEA.
  • Participate in group projects to work on business solutions with other program members from multiple countries, cultures, and functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering related studies within the last 2 years.
  • Business fluent German and English (oral & written).
