Job Title: Graduate Field Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Representative to join our team at Arrow Central Europe GmbH. As a Graduate Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, from inquiries to customer onboarding and follow-up.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, exploring opportunities with new customers.
- Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Maintain communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to generate revenue.
- Customer Support: Provide customers with market and platform information to support their needs.
- Analytical Mindset: Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, coordinating with the team to implement necessary next steps.
What You'll Learn:
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to unlock additional sales opportunities, presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
- Create demand for Arrow products and services, working with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
- Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
- Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements:
- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering related studies within the last two years.
- Business fluent German and English (oral and written).
- You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings new ideas to the table and is not afraid to share them.
