Job Description

Arrow Central Europe GmbH is seeking a talented Graduate Field Sales Representative to join our team in Dortmund, Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate revenue.
  • Provide customer support and orientation based on market and platform information.
  • Help identify and resolve campaign performance issues and coordinate with the team to implement required next steps.

Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in Germany.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Business fluent German and English.
  • Flexibility and geographical mobility.
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinking.
