About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Coincall Exchange. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new revenue streams in the crypto options market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crypto options market.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, venture capital firms, and private wealth managers.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide Market Insights and Analysis
    • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate these to the team.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and identifying new revenue streams.
    • Strong understanding of the crypto options market and industry trends.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
    • Relevant certifications, such as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-driven and motivated by achieving business objectives.
