Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at WISAG Produktionsservice GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and pursue large and complex tenders from our existing and new clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with our sales team, account management, and operational units to achieve sales targets
  • Support the sales team in negotiations and price discussions
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Monitor and analyze market and cost developments to ensure competitive pricing
  • Prepare and conduct client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office
