**About the role**:

- Responsibility for their own safety and health and for the safety and health of others
- Adherence to safety guidelines in the process area in all work processes
- Identifying potential accidents and sources of danger and prevent them by and prevent them by taking appropriate measures

- Working closely with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Reduction of raw and auxiliary materials through optimal control of production while observing the best possible OEE.
- Definition of optimal planning parameters such as MOQ, SS taking into account factory and customer needs.
- Creating evaluations such as consumption; forecast etc
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Completed commercial or technical education (or comparable).
- Relevant experience in production environment and/or Planning & Logistics of min. of 2 years.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite ( esp. Excel) and a foundational grasp of logistics software in ERP systems - preferred JDE.
- Noteworthy organisational abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Skilled in multitasking within a dynamic environment.
- Excellent at communicating and teamworking, building relationships both internally and with external parties.
- A proactive approach to process improvement, always looking for ways to enhance business operations.
- Fluent in German and English.
