About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth within the DACH region and help industries decarbonize. As part of the Revenue department, you will play a key role in helping companies reduce their carbon footprint and achieve their net-zero mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Research new leads, expand our market base, and stay on top of industry developments
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, navigating the complexity of Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Build a strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients through various mediums
  • Collaborate with other teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Establish trust-based relationships with clients, network, and communicate effectively
  • Keep transparency on the sales pipeline and update our CRM system
  • Establish a cross-functional relationship with other departments
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • End-to-end sales process experience, negotiation skills, and business acumen
  • Experience in Enterprise sales in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and a strong desire to contribute to the industry's net-zero mission
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipeline
  • Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data to influence our Partnership strategy
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivation, ability to be motivated by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Supportive team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
