About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology team at Boston Scientific. The core objective of this role is to support the Watchman product franchise in achieving their set goals and objectives.

This graduate will support the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the development of a tactical marketing plan in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.

This position will provide an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing, working on meaningful projects such as contributing to the plan for key events and supporting the creation of cross-divisional deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Assisting in the launch and execution of local market strategies
  • Contribute to the launch of new products while also supporting the creation of cross-divisional deals
  • Commercial excellence: ensuring the launch of training programs is executed through qualitative KPIs to drive business growth
  • Supporting the team with analytics in cooperation with the digital team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 minimum)
  • Desire to execute with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on accountability
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to communicate, network, and partner with various stakeholders at different levels in the company
  • An internship in marketing/product management is an additional plus
