We are in search of a skilled Business or Marketing Graduate to become part of our 3-Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program.
This hybrid position will be located in our Dusseldorf, Germany office.
The three-year rotation program offers a learning experience across three distinct divisions and functions. It allows you to enhance your technical expertise in areas such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Analytics.
The program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business and corporate values while assisting you in building a unique network that will facilitate the launch of your career.
About the Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology team. The primary aim of this role is to assist the Watchman product line in reaching its established targets and objectives. This graduate will contribute to business expansion through targeted market and competitive analysis and the formulation of a strategic marketing plan in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
This role offers a priceless opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing, engaging in significant projects such as planning for major events like EHRA, EuroPCR, LAAC Summit 2025, and the Electrophysiology Referral Activation Program.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Market Advancement: Aiding in the OPTION launch and overseeing the implementation of local market strategies
- Contributing to the launches of FLX PRO and Versacross Connect while also facilitating the development of cross-divisional agreements with Electrophysiology.
- Commercial Excellence: Ensuring the SHARP training launch for Watchman is executed through qualitative KPIs to foster a commercially adept organization.
- Assisting the team with analytics in collaboration with the digital team

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in German & English (C1 minimum)
- Willingness to engage with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Results-driven with a sense of accountability
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic business environment
- Effective communication and networking skills with various stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Previous internship experience in marketing or product management is a plus.
