About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Watchman product franchise in achieving their set goals and objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include market development, contributing to the launch of new products, and supporting the creation of cross-divisional deals. You will also be responsible for ensuring the launch of SHARP training for Watchman is executed through qualitative KPIs to drive commercial excellence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing, working on meaningful projects such as contributing to the plan for key events like EHRA, EuroPCR, LAAC Summit, and Electrophysiology Referral Activation Program.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's in Science, Business, or Marketing Degree
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 minimum)
  • Desire to execute with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented, taking on accountability
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-moving business environment
  • Ability to communicate, network, and partner with various stakeholders at different levels in the company
  • An internship in marketing/product management is an additional plus
