We are currently looking for a talented Business or Marketing Graduate Profile to join our 3 Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program.
This hybrid role will be based out of our Dusseldorf, Germany office and starts in October 2024.
The three-year rotation program takes you on a learning adventure through three different divisions and functions. It enables you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management or Analytics.
The program gives you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Rhythm Management / Electrophysiology Division. This position will provide an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and product management.
Working for the Central Western Cluster region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands) the core objective of this role is to support all regional marketing activities around two milestones of the product lifecycle: launch of a new visualization software and phase-out of end of life products
Responsibilities:
Working with Cluster Product and Marketing Managers, EMEA Product Managers, Sales, Field Clinical Support Teams:
• Participate in the product launch of a new visualization software
• Analyse customer segments and target the marketing approach of Customer Profiles
• Guide the transition from phase out of products to replacement / successor product.
• Assist in market assessment and forecasting
• Work with Agencies to create Marketing collateral
• Train the DACH sales teams on how to use any marketing collateral effectively
What are we looking for in you:
• Bachelor or Masters in Marketing or Business.
• Fluency in German & English (C1 minimum)
• Desire to execute with hands-on mindset
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Results oriented taking on accountability
• Flexible and able to adapt to fast moving business environment
• Ability to communicate, network and partner with a variety of stakeholders at different levels in the company
• An internship in marketing/product management is an additional plus.
