About the Opportunity
Boston Scientific is seeking a talented Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Watchman product franchise in achieving their set goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Assist in the launch and execution of local market strategies for the OPTION product.
- Contribute to the launch of FLX PRO and Versacross Connect, while supporting the creation of cross-divisional deals with Electrophysiology.
- Commercial Excellence: Ensure the launch of SHARP training for Watchman is executed through qualitative KPIs to drive commercial savvy organization.
- Support the team with analytics in cooperation with the digital team.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, Business, or Marketing.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 minimum).
- Desire to execute with a hands-on mindset.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented, taking on accountability.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-moving business environment.
- Ability to communicate, network, and partner with various stakeholders at different levels in the company.
- An internship in marketing/product management is an additional plus.
