IWC Sales Representative

At IWC, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in our boutique in Schaffhausen. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our luxury watches with passion and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the IWC brand in- and outside the boutique
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable buying experiences
- Meet sales targets through excellent customer service and relationship-building
- Support the boutique management in local events and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the development of CRM tools and boutique processes
- Participate in regular training and development programs
- Completed education or training in a relevant field, such as luxury goods, fashion, hospitality, or tourism
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of luxury watches and the IWC brand
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to the success of the boutique
- Fluency in German and English, with Polish a plus
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
