About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Content Director to lead our content and marketing efforts. As a pivotal member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across diverse European markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our brand, audience, and goals, ensuring consistency through cross-team collaboration.
  • Localization and Adaptation: Collaborate closely with country managers and other marketing heads to adapt and localize marketing initiatives for each European country, integrating cultural nuances and preferences into all content and campaigns.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the development and optimization of website content, ensuring a seamless user experience, high-quality visuals, and SEO optimization to drive organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Insights: Use data-driven insights to measure content and campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, SEO experts, and translators, inspiring and guiding their efforts to achieve outstanding results.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in content management, digital marketing, and brand management. You should have a proven track record of strategic, data-driven decision-making and excellent leadership skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, and/or brand management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple European countries, accounting for cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media, and content management or e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
