Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Founders Associate.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian to help build a great company.
Responsibilities include:
- Closely working with our Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian
- Working on highly strategic topics and helping behind the scenes
- Networking with clients, investors, and pitching at events
- Testing own ideas and learning from mistakes
- Having own responsibility and accountability
We're looking for someone with:
- First practical experience, e.g. startup, strategy consulting, or own projects
- Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
- Experience in creating pitch decks, doing research, and analyzing data
- Pragmatic, curious, friendly, well-organized, and outgoing
- High degree of autonomy and attention to detail preferred
- Fluency in English is a must, German a plus, and French a nice to have
