Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founders Associate Intern to join our dynamic founding team. As one of our first employees, you will play a critical role in shaping our operational and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Process Excellence: Conceptualize and refine our core processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Analyze data to drive performance improvement and inform strategic initiatives.
- Special Projects/Ad Hoc Support: Manage cross-functional projects and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Graduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, PE, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead projects.
- Fluent (C2) or native German and English speaker.
