Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Pharma Sales Manager to join our team at W. R. Grace & Co. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical industry across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or Pharmacology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales opportunities and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in key account management or sales leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
