Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Geschäftsentwickler, der sich in der Branche der Wirtschaftskanzleien auskennt und Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development oder Vertrieb hat. Der Kandidat sollte ein starkes Interesse an juristischen Zusammenhängen sowie wirtschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen und Trends haben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Geschäfts- und Mandantenentwicklung und strategischen Positionierung für ausgewählte Sektor- und Praxisgruppen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Business-Plänen, ausgerichtet an der globalen und lokalen Strategie
  • Unterstützung und Adaption internationaler Business Development-Initiativen für den deutschen Markt
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensrecherchen und -analysen zur Vorbereitung proaktiver Targeting-Aktivitäten
  • Erstellung hochwertiger Angebote, Präsentationen und Marketingunterlagen
  • Unterstützung der globalen und lokalen Key Client-Programme und Key Account Management
  • Erstellung von Berichten für juristische Verzeichnisse
  • Projektmanagement von Veranstaltungen, auch online
  • Weiterentwicklung von Teammitgliedern, Arbeitsprozessen und Tooleinführungen innerhalb des Marketing und Business Development Teams
Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Business Development oder Vertrieb, idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei oder einer anderen Professional Service Firm (z.B. Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft/Marketing/Rechtswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Grundlegendes Interesse an juristischen Zusammenhängen sowie wirtschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen und Trends
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, der Angebotserstellung und in der Betreuung von Key Client Accounts
  • Organisationstalent, mit einer strukturierten und detailgenauen Arbeitsweise und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team zu arbeiten als auch selbständig eigene Aufgabenbereiche und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig effizient zu steuern
  • Kommunikationsstark mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
