Key Accounts Manager for DACH Region

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contact lenses business, driving sales through various channels, and developing the market in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contact lens sales within the DACH region and a proven track record of success in major accounts development. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent influencing and persuasion abilities, as well as fluency in both English and German, written and spoken, are essential requirements for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the contact lenses business in the DACH region, with responsibility for key accounts, sales, budgeting, and supporting colleagues in sales and customer service.
- Develop the market for contact lenses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, maximizing the company's presence.
- Gather market and competitor information, as well as customer feedback, to enable the company to respond effectively to market changes.
- Analyze and forecast achievable sales budgets to maximize business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in contact lens sales within the DACH region
- Proven track record of success in major accounts development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent influencing and persuasion abilities
- Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken
Salary: Estimated €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
