Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Wir suchen eine engagierte und organisierte Person für die Position eines Kundenbetreuers/ Sekretariats bei unserer Firma RADAS Jobbörse & Personalvermittlung GmbH.
Aufgaben:
- Erledigung der schriftlichen Korrespondenz
- Bestellungen nichttechnischer Einkauf
- Betreuung unserer Kunden und die Verwaltung und Vorbereitung des Konferenzbereiches
- Empfang der Kunden
- Terminverwaltung für die Besprechungsräume
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (mind. 3 Jahre)
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Belastbarkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstark
