About the Role

Emarsys, an SAP Company, is seeking a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our service organisation. As a cornerstone of our team, you will act as the operational point of contact for our clients, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, escalating complex issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilise the Emarsys self-service portal to interact with clients via email, live chat, phone, and screen-sharing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical issues related to our API/Plug-in environment, communicating progress to clients.
  • Deliver technical instructions and solution descriptions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Share knowledge and support internal client-facing teams to enhance relationships.
  • Empower customers and internal teams to achieve more with the Emarsys platform.
Requirements
  • Previous helpdesk/support experience with proven ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
  • Ability to deliver technical instructions to non-technical audiences.
  • API familiarity, HTML/HTML5, and basic SQL experience.
  • Highly motivated to learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in web technologies.
  • Experience working with command line tools.
  • Technical understanding of programming languages.
