At Emarsys, we are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team as an advanced troubleshooter for our omnichannel customer engagement platform.

This role will involve acting as the operational point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and guidance on the use of our platform and product range.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a helpdesk or support role, with a proven ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients via email, live chat, phone, and screen-sharing
  • Identifying and troubleshooting advanced technical issues related to our API and plug-in environment
  • Delivering technical instructions and solution descriptions in a professional and simple-to-understand manner
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting internal client-facing teams to enhance and optimize relationships
  • Supporting customers and internal teams to empower them to achieve more with the Emarsys platform

Requirements include:

  • Previous helpdesk or support experience with a proven ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues
  • Ability to deliver technical instructions to non-technical audiences
  • API familiarity, along with HTML/HTML5 and basic SQL experience
  • Highly motivated to learn and keep up-to-date with new technologies
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in web technologies
  • Experience working with command line tools
  • Technical understanding of programming languages
