Technical Support Specialist

Are you a fluent German speaker with excellent computer skills? Do you have experience in helpdesk or system administration? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Microsoft Technical Support Engineers team.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 2-3 years helpdesk or system admin experience with exposure to medium to large businesses
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required
- Business Client support or service experience for B2B roles, Business Client support or service experience for B2C roles
- Windows Operating Systems, Local and Wide-area networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services and Active Directory, administration experience in any or all of Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Office Applications, Skype for business and Teams
