About the Role

Productsup is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in German-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior support team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Productsup's platform and features

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support for Ad-Tech or complex SaaS solutions
  • Fluent in German and English language (written & spoken)
  • Solid understanding of the performance marketing & e-commerce industry
  • Strong technical affinity and a desire to solve complex technical issues
